Hosted by Patrizia at their Covent Garden headquarters, Day Two focuses on the capital, innovation and climate nexus in European real estate — with a particular emphasis on housing decarbonisation and the mainstreaming of climate technology into institutional investment workflows.

Running from 14:00 to 19:00, the programme opens with a networking coffee and registration, followed by two panel sessions. The first, The Trillion-Dollar Housing Transition, examines the structural constraints — valuation frameworks, transition pathways, credit readiness — standing between available capital and residential decarbonisation at scale, with speakers from Optiml, Patrizia, INREV and RICS. The second, Innovation & Risk Mitigation, convenes VCs and institutional fund managers to explore how PropTech and ClimateTech are moving from pilot to portfolio.

The event is intended for institutional investors, lenders, asset managers, standards bodies and climate technology innovators — with the objective of accelerating investment-ready frameworks for the housing transition and identifying the next generation of scalable climate resilience tools.
