The De-Risking Summit takes place on Monday, 24 June 2024 at Mansion House and is part of London Climate Action Week.
In its first year, the De-Risking Summit aims to inspire insurance-led climate action, by bringing together key stakeholders for discussion, networking, thought leadership and high-level announcements.
Objectives:
- Establish a shared understanding of insurance as an enabler to de-risk the resilient net-zero transition.
- Position insurance alongside finance to unlock the flow of capital required for a low carbon future.
- Demonstrate the need for a longer-term insurance strategy and outline the capacity opportunity.
- Collaborate across key sectors and industries to drive an insurance breakthrough.
The event is aimed at senior policymakers and senior leaders from business, finance and insurance.
