As part of London Climate Action Week and in collaboration with the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), the Deloitte Academy will be hosting a hybrid event on Global Sustainability Disclosure – Advancing harmonisation through the ISSB on Tuesday, 25 June 2024 from 14.00 to 15.30.
Senior speakers representing sustainability standards setters and frameworks will present on their continued collaboration to enable companies to communicate to investors globally comparable, comprehensive information about sustainability-related risks and opportunities. You will hear about progress and actions to foster an efficient and comprehensive reporting landscape.
Veronica Poole, Deloitte Global IFRS and Corporate Reporting Leader, will be joined by Emmanuel Faber, Chair of the ISSB, Sue Lloyd, ISSB Vice-Chair, Eelco van der Enden, CEO of the Global Reporting Initiative, Peter Bakker, President and CEO of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, Nicolette Bartlett, Chief Impact Officer of CDP, and Emily McKenzie, Technical Director of the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures.
